Consignes concernant les voyages d’été

Nous présentons ci-dessous les consignes des autorités de Shanghai concernant les voyages et les conditions dans lesquelles le retour à Shanghai et à l’école pourra être autorisé.

Vous trouverez ci-dessous un tableau récapitulatif de celles-ci sur la base du niveau de risque des régions de Chine visitées tel que publié sur le mini-programme WeChat 国务院客户端. À noter que l’étranger est considéré comme une zone à haut risque sans distinction de pays.
Nous vous réitérons donc notre très vive recommandation à ne pas quitter la Chine cet été tant que votre retour n’est pas assuré.

 

Vous avez voyagé dans… Conditions de quarantaine Test COVID-19 Conditions de retour à l’école
Une zone à risque élevé, le Hubei ou à l’étranger Quarantaine centralisée de 14 jours. (En cas de résidence à Shanghai, il est désormais possible de demander de réaliser la 2eme semaine à son domicile) Test COVID et test anti-corps x 2 (au début et à la fin de la quarantaine) – Présentation des résultats négatifs des tests et du certificat de fin de quarantaine

– Présentation des copies couleurs des QR codes verts de toutes les personnes du foyer (sauf élèves qui n’ont pas de téléphone) et de la déclaration de santé.  Ces QR codes doivent avoir moins de 3 jours.

– Informer l’école si un de ces QR code change de couleur

– Informer l’école en cas de voyage dans une zone qui par la suite change de niveau de risque

Une zone à risque moyen Quarantaine au domicile de 14 jours et vérification de la température 2 fois par jour Test COVID et test anti-corps x 2 (au début et à la fin de la quarantaine) – Présentation des résultats négatifs des tests et du certificat de fin de quarantaine

– Présentation des copies couleurs des QR codes vert de toutes les personnes du foyer (sauf élèves qui n’ont pas de téléphone) et de la déclaration de santé. Ces QR codes doivent avoir moins de 3 jours.

– Informer l’école si un de ces QR code change de couleur

– Informer l’école en cas de voyage dans une zone qui par la suite change de niveau de risque

Une zone à risque faible Pas de quarantaine mais présence impérative à Shanghai 14 jours avant l’accès à l’établissement Pas de test obligatoire – Présentation des copies couleurs des QR codes vert de toutes les personnes du foyer (sauf élèves qui n’ont pas de téléphone) et de la déclaration de santé. Ces QR codes doivent avoir moins de 3 jours.

– Informer l’école si un de ces QR code change de couleur

– Informer l’école en cas de voyage dans une zone qui par la suite change de niveau de risque

 

Par ailleurs si vous êtes dans les situations suivantes, des précautions sont également nécessaires :

Vous êtes élèves ou personnel du lycée et… Conditions de quarantaine Test COVID-19 Conditions de retour à l’école
Vous vivez dans le même foyer ou avez été en contact avec une personne diagnostiquée positive au COVID-19 ou de retour d’une zone à risque élevé ou moyen Quarantaine au domicile de 14 jours et vérification de la température 2 fois par jour Tests COVID-19 et anti-corps obligatoire Présentation des résultats négatifs des tests
Vous avez été diagnostiqué positif au COVID-19 mais êtes guéri Retour après 30 jours sans symptômes

 

Pour donner plus de lisibilité à ces instructions, voici la Liste des zones à risques au 17 août 2020. Toutes les autres zones de Chine sont à risque faible.
Attention cette liste, basée sur la classification du risque par le State Council, est susceptible de changer sans préavis.
Pour référence nous la mettrons à jour tous les lundis matin durant toute la durée des congés d’été.


Instructions relative to summer travels

We introduce below the instructions given to us by the Shanghai authorities regarding travel and the conditions under which return to Shanghai and school may be authorized.

You will find below a summary table of these instructions based on the level of risk of the regions visited. This is based on the WeChat 国务院客户端mini-program. Note that “abroad” is considered a high-risk area without distinction of countries. We therefore reiterate our very strong recommendation not to leave China until your return is guaranteed.

You have travelled… Quarantine COVID-19 test

Conditions for back to school

In a high-risk area, Hubei or abroad 14 days centralized quarantine. (If you live in Shanghai, it’s now possible to request to stay at home for the 2nd week) COVID-19 and anti-body tests x 2 (at the beginning and the end of quarantine) – Bring the school the result of negative tests and the end of quarantine certificate

– Bring the school a color copy of the green QR code of all people living in the household (except students if they have no phone) and the travel health declaration. This QR code cannot be more than 3 days old.

– Inform the school if the QR code of any of the people leaving in the household changes color.

– Inform the school if they have travelled in an area whose status subsequently changes to medium or high risk.

In a middle risk area 14 days home quarantine, self-check of temperature twice a day COVID-19 and anti-body tests x 2 (at the beginning and the end of quarantine) – Bring the school the result of negative tests and the end of quarantine certificate

– Bring the school a color copy of the green QR code of all people living in the household (except students if they have no phone) and the travel health declaration. This QR code cannot be more than 3 days old.

– Inform the school if the QR code of any of the people leaving in the household changes color.

– Inform the school if they have travelled in an area whose status subsequently changes to medium or high risk.

In a low risk area No quarantine but must be present in Shanghai 14 days before going back to school No compulsory test – Bring the school a color copy of the green QR code of all people living in the household (except students if they have no phone) and the travel health declaration. This QR code cannot be more than 3 days old.

– Inform the school if the QR code of any of the people leaving in the household changes color.

– Inform the school if they have travelled in an area whose status subsequently changes to medium or high risk.

However, the following situations should also be considered:

You are a student or staff of the school and… Quarantine COVID-19 test

Conditions for back to school

You live in the same household as a person diagnosed positive to COVID-19 or returning for a high or middle level risk area 14 days home quarantine, self-check of temperature twice a day Test COVID-19 and anti-body compulsory Bring the school negative test results
You have been diagnosed positive to COVID-19 but you are cured. Return to school possible after 30 days without symptoms

 

To make these instructions easier to read, we attach an updated list of high and medium risk areas – 08/17/2020. All other areas of China are low risk.
Please note this list, based on the risk classification by the State Council, is subject to change without notice.
For reference, we will update it every Monday morning during school holidays.
