The French School of Shanghai is very proud to present two short movies written, performed, and shot entirely by the 4e English class of Mr. Bertrand over 3 weeks.

After studying a unit about Family, students watched a short movie called « Coming Home » (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94i9gp5PfMI). Students were then inspired to write two short movies on the same theme, also dealing with friends and family matters. They discussed ideas, wrote a script, decided on actors and crew, then went around the school to shoot.Their teacher only guided them with structure, storyboards, and on-site shooting tips.
